Join the Naturally Safe Cosmetics loyalty program and earn points which can be redeemed on future purchases.
Earning points*:
- Creating an account = 50 points
- Placing an order = 1 point for every $1 spent
- Following Naturally Safe Cosmetics on Instagram = 50 points
- Liking Naturally Safe Cosmetics Facebook page = 50 points
- Sharing Naturally Safe Cosmetics Facebook page = 100 points
- Birthday gift = 100 points
- Refer a friend through Facebook, Facebook messenger, Pinterest or Twitter - when that friend places an order using your unique link - you receive 100 points, your friend receives a $5 discount
Redeeming points:
100 points = $5 off
*Eligible actions will be automatically tracked and rewarded via our loyalty app
How to redeem points:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the Rewards icon at the bottom right of the screen. The Rewards box will pop up.
- Your points balance will appear at the top of the Rewards box.
- Click on "Get rewards".
- Click on the rewards discount you wish to redeem, e.g. "$5 off for every 100 points".
- Enter the number of points you wish to redeem.
- Click the "Redeem" button.
- You will be given a coupon code for your redeemed discount. Click on the "Copy" button to copy the coupon code.
- Enter the coupon in the Coupon/Gift Certificate box at the checkout and click "APPLY".
Conditions:
- Rewards points calculated on order value after deduction of any applied discounts (discounts excluded)
- Rewards points calculation excludes shipping fees paid on an order
- Rewards applied upon shipment or completion of order
- Rewards points will be cancelled for orders that are refunded, partially refunded, cancelled or declined
- Rewards points expire after 180 days - expiry notification will be sent 30 days prior to expiration of points
- Naturally Safe Cosmetics reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this rewards program at any time
Notice for customers who are members of our former VIP Discount Program
- We are phasing out the former VIP Discount Program and will not add any new customers to that program
- Customers who currently have a VIP status (you know who you are) can remain on the VIP program AND also participate in the new Rewards Program unless a period of 12 months has elapsed in which the customer has not made a purchase - in that case, the customer will be removed from the VIP program effective immediately - we invite you to join our new Rewards Program
- VIP customers who have checked out as a guest for a period of at least 12 months (i.e. they have not logged in when making a purchase) will also be removed from the VIP program effective immediately - we invite you to join our new Rewards Program
