How do I know if an item is in stock?

If you are able to order an item, then it is in stock. On rare occasions, there may be a discrepancy in stock levels & if it is found that an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know. If you are unable to order the exact quantity you would like for a particular product, please contact us by phone or email and we will advise if and when we can order more stock in for you.

Do you take orders over the phone?

Absolutely! If you would prefer to place your order by phone, simply call us on 1300 881 737 between 9:00 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Payment will be by credit card. We are always happy to chat with our customers.

How will I know if my order has gone through?

An order confirmation and 'thank you' message will appear on the checkout page when your order has been successfully placed. You will also receive email confirmation of your order including your order number.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all locations within Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All Australian orders over $50 are eligible for free standard shipping. Some sample products & other small items may come with free shipping when purchased on their own. See our 'Free Ship Products'.

How much do you charge for shipping?

How will my parcel be shipped?

Currently, all parcels are shipped via Australia Post and tracking is available. We can ship to houses, apartments, business addresses and PO Boxes.

When will my parcel be shipped?

We endeavour to ship orders the same day if you order by midday (Sydney time). Otherwise, the next day. See our shipping policy for more information on shipping times.

When will I receive my parcel?

Delivery times will depend on your location and whether your parcel is shipped via standard or express post. See the Australia Post website for more information regarding delivery times.

Can I give authority for my parcel to be left at my premises if no-one is home?

Yes. You can give us an authority to leave or any other delivery instructions in the comments box at the checkout. Please note, however, that the delivery person is ultimately responsible for making the final decision about whether or not to leave a parcel.

What do I do if there is an error or omission with my order?

If there is an error with your order (e.g. wrong item or incorrect quantities), please notify Naturally Safe Cosmetics immediately so that arrangements can be made to rectify the error. If the error was made by Naturally Safe Cosmetics, then any postage costs associated with returning, exchanging or re-sending products will be borne by Naturally Safe Cosmetics. Naturally Safe Cosmetics will only accept return of incorrectly sent products if they are unused and in still their original packaging. See our returns policy for more information.

What type of payments to you accept?

Please refer to our payment methods page. We have recently added Afterpay - buy now, pay later.

Do you accept returns?

Only if a product is faulty or there has been an error or omission with the order on our part. Please see our returns policy for more information.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes. All of the brands we stock are cruelty free. They do not test on animals.

What packaging do you use?

As much as possible, we try to use recyclable/recycled/biodegradable materials when packing orders. Our foam peanuts are made from cornstarch and completely biodegradable and non-toxic - they dissolve in water. We also re-use a lot of the packing materials we receive from our stock suppliers. Some of it is not what we would choose but at least it's being recycled. As you can appreciate, products in glass packaging require extra packing materials to ensure they are not broken during transit. We encourage you to re-use or recycle the packing materials you receive too, wherever possible.

I’m buying a gift – can you leave out the invoice?

Yes, if your purchase is a gift for someone and you do not want a copy of the invoice included in the parcel, please let us know in the Comments box when checking out. You will still receive an email copy of your invoice for your own records.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Many of our products contain essential oils and pregnant women do need to take care. We recommend consulting your GP/health care professional before using any new products if you are pregnant.

How do I know if a product is certified organic?

Certified organic products will have an identifying certification logo printed on the packaging.

Do you show both good & bad reviews on your website?

Absolutely. We publish every single review received, whether positive or negative. We want your honest opinion on the products we sell. Unfortunately, when we switched to a new website in September 2015, all previous reviews on our website were not able to be transferred to the new website during migration of our website data. Please do take the time to submit product reviews so we can get your feedback and other customers can find out which products our people do and don't like.
