How do I know if an item is in stock?

If you are able to order an item, then it is in stock. On rare occasions, there may be a discrepancy in stock levels & if it is found that an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know. If you are unable to order the exact quantity you would like for a particular product, please contact us by phone or email and we will advise if and when we can order more stock in for you.

Do you take orders over the phone?

Absolutely! If you would prefer to place your order by phone, simply call us on +61 1300 881 737 between 9:00 am and 5 pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday. Payment will be by credit card. We are always happy to chat with our customers.

How will I know if my order has gone through?

An order confirmation and 'thank you' message will appear on the checkout page when your order has been successfully placed. Shortly after placing your order online, you will also receive email confirmation of your order including your order number - unless the email address you entered is incorrect and the purchase confirmation bounces back to us. Contact us if you don't receive your email purchase confirmation.

Will I receive a paper invoice?

In an effort to reduce paper waste, we are no longer providing a printed invoice with your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been placed. This will include all the details of your purchase. If you require a printed invoice, let us know in the comments box at checkout and we'll include one.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We currently offer free standard shipping to Australian locations for orders over $99. See our domestic shipping policy for full details.

How will my parcel be shipped?

Currently, all parcels are shipped via Australia Post and tracking is available on most orders. We can ship to houses, apartments, business addresses and PO Boxes.

When will my parcel be despatched?

We endeavour to process and despatch orders the same day if you order by 11:30 am (Sydney time). Otherwise, the next day. See our domestic and international shipping policies for more information on shipping times.

Shipping refunds on multiple orders

All shipping charges incurred at checkout are binding. We cannot provide a refund of shipping charges, even in cases where multiple separate orders are placed and subsequently combined by us at the time of despatch. By confirming and proceeding with each order at checkout, the customer agrees to be bound by all of the charges associated with each individual order, including the shipping charges.

When will I receive my parcel?

Delivery times will depend on your location and whether your parcel is shipped via standard or express post. See the Australia Post website for more information regarding domestic delivery times. Please note that COVID-19 is still impacting normal delivery times, both within Australia and internationally.

Can I give authority for my parcel to be left at my premises if no-one is home?

Yes. You can give us an authority to leave or any other delivery instructions in the Order Comments box at the checkout. Please note, however, that the delivery person is ultimately responsible for making the final decision about whether or not to leave a parcel and what constitutes a safe place.

What do I do if there is an error or omission with my order?

If there is an error with your order (e.g. wrong item or incorrect quantities), please notify Naturally Safe Cosmetics immediately so that arrangements can be made to rectify the error. If the error was made by Naturally Safe Cosmetics, then any postage costs associated with returning, exchanging or re-sending products will be borne by Naturally Safe Cosmetics. Naturally Safe Cosmetics will only accept return of incorrectly sent products if they are unused and in still their original packaging. See our returns policy for more information.

What type of payments to you accept?

You can pay for your purchase using one of the following payment methods. Please note that whether you're logging in to your account or entering personal information at the checkout, our SSL certificate offers the highest level of encryption and security possible. Credit card transactions are processed securely by our merchant provider and Naturally Safe Cosmetics does not have access to your complete credit card details.

Do you accept returns?

If a product is faulty or there has been an error or omission on our part, please contact us. There may be other instances where we will agree to a return - please see our returns policy for more information. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes. All of the brands we stock are cruelty free. They do not test on animals.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?

Naturally Safe Cosmetics are not medical professionals. We recommend pregnant women seek the advice of their obstetrician/doctor/health care professional before using products on their body. Many of our items contain essential oils, some of which are generally considered safe to use during pregnancy, and others which are normally not recommended during this special time. We suggest you check the listed ingredients for products in which you are interested and make your own enquiries with health care professionals. Any advice on this website relating to the suitability or otherwise of certain products for pregnant women is taken from manufacturer information and should not be relied upon solely when making purchase decisions.

What packaging do you use?

As much as possible, we try to use recyclable/recycled/biodegradable materials when packing orders. Our white packing peanuts are made from cornstarch and completely biodegradable and non-toxic - they dissolve in water. We also re-use a lot of the packing materials we receive from our stock suppliers. Some of it is not what we would choose but at least it's being re-used. As you can appreciate, products in glass packaging require extra packing materials to ensure they are not broken during transit. We encourage you to re-use or recycle the packing materials you receive too, wherever possible.

I’m buying a gift – can you leave out the invoice?

Yes, if your purchase is a gift for someone and you do not want a copy of the invoice included in the parcel, please let us know in the Order Comments box when checking out. You will still receive an email copy of your invoice for your own records.

How do I know if a product is certified organic?

Certified organic products will have an identifying certification logo printed on the packaging.

Do you show both good & bad reviews on your website?

We publish all genuine reviews received, whether positive or negative. We want your honest opinion on the products we sell. Please do take the time to submit product reviews so we can get your feedback and other customers can find out which products people do and don't like.
