Shipping Info - International

As a result of Coronavirus and various Government regulations, flight disruptions and flight cancellations, delivery time frames are estimates only and further delays are possible. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO WAIT. 

Naturally Safe Cosmetics currently ships to the following international destinations - we are only offering Express Service at this time as space on flights is still limited and Express parcels will be given priority over Standard parcels by air carriers:

- New Zealand – Express Shipping only - estimated delivery time: 3-8* business days

- USA^ - Express Shipping only - estimated delivery time: 7-15* business days

The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in the United States of America (USA) is being heavily impacted by increased volumes through their facilities and civil unrest in addition to the COVID-19 pandemic response. It is therefore likely that some items will take longer than the stated delivery times and we ask for your understanding.

- Canada - Express Shipping only - estimated delivery time: 7-15* business days

- Hong Kong - Express Shipping only - estimated delivery time: 4-9* business days

- Japan - Express Shipping only - estimated delivery time: 4-12* business days

- Singapore - Express Shipping only - estimated delivery time: 3-6* business days

- South Korea temporarily suspended by Australia Post

*These are only ESTIMATED delivery times and are for deliveries between metropolitan areas of major cities. This excludes time in customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delays due to causes outside of our shipping carriers' control. Actual delivery times may be longer. As per Australia Post request, please leave a minimum of 10 business days after the estimated delivery speed indicated to raise queries on parcels not received. 

Despatch times

We aim to despatch all orders placed by 11:00 a.m. (AEST) on the same day. Otherwise they will be despatched the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Despatch times may be slightly longer during annual holiday periods like Easter and Christmas.

Coronavirus - at this stage we are still despatching parcels either the same or next business day.

NOTE: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT - THIS IS A CUSTOMS REQUIREMENT. FAILURE TO PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER MAY CAUSE A DELAY IN SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD –

    • Calculated at checkout (estimate in shopping cart) – based on weight of parcel

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS –

    • Calculated at checkout (estimate in shopping cart) – based on weight of parcel

International weight restrictions - maximum 10 kg (22.05 lbs) for both International Standard & International Express - notwithstanding these weight restrictions, Naturally Safe Cosmetics reserves the right to reject any international orders that it deems are too bulky or heavy. In this instance, your order will be cancelled, you will be notified and your payment refunded.


Exclusions – Prohibited & Restricted Products

Due to Australia Post and international customs regulations, some products cannot be shipped internationally. This may include certain oils (coconut oil, essential oils), products containing ethanol, alcohol or other flammable ingredients (nail polish/remover, perfume) and dietary supplements. Items not able to be shipped internationally will be marked as such on the product description page. If your order contains items we cannot ship internationally, we will refund you the amount paid for those items.


Duties & taxes - customs & import duties

International customers are responsible for payment of any customs/import duties and taxes that may be applicable to their purchase. Please check before ordering.


GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping Confirmation

Upon despatch of your order, you will be sent email confirmation with the Australia Post tracking number. You can then track your order on the Australia Post website or by calling Australia Post customer service on +61 13 76 78. International customers may also be able to track their parcels via their national carrier's website, e.g. USPS for United States.

Non-Receipt of Parcel

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, you can carry out a tracking search via the Australia Post website. Missing or non-delivered parcels must be reported to us within 42 days of despatch so that an investigation can be commenced with Australia Post.

Returned Parcels - International

Parcels returned to Naturally Safe Cosmetics due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or simply unclaimed will be refunded, subject to the following deductions:

  1. the original shipping fees paid by the purchaser; and
  2. the ‘return to sender’ fee charged to Naturally Safe Cosmetics for return of the parcel to Australia

Shipping Instructions Including Authority to Leave

You may include any relevant shipping instructions in the Order Comments Box at checkout, including an Authority to Leave the parcel if no-one is home. Please make your instructions specific as to the location where the parcel is to be left. Whilst we are happy to pass on your delivery instructions, the ultimate decision regarding delivery instructions and whether or not to leave a parcel lies with the local shipper carrier and the delivery person and is not within the control of Naturally Safe Cosmetics. Naturally Safe Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for the loss of parcels that have been left at your premises either with or without Authority to Leave.
