How to use a tongue cleaner

1. Scrape tongue first thing in the morning ideally before drinking water.
2. Stick out your tongue, allowing it to be loose and heavy.
3. Pull the tongue scraper from the back of your tongue to the front 5-7 times, rinsing the scraper after each scrape. Follow with brushing and flossing.
4. Can be used 1-3 times a day.
