Naturally Safe Cosmetics continues to operate as normal and most orders are being despatched either the same or next business day. We continue to practice protective measures to help prevent the spread of the virus and ensure that our team remains healthy.
Deliveries - Australia
Please be aware that domestic delivery times are being impacted by COVID-19, in some cases quite significantly. This is a result of reduced/cancelled flights and a substantial increase in the volume of parcels to be delivered as more people shop online. If you are waiting for a parcel, you can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the chatbot and the MyPost App.
Australia Post have implemented social distancing measures, both in store and for home deliveries. Unless you give an Authority to Leave, you will still be required to be at home to accept delivery but Australia Post has implemented contactless parcel deliveries where a signature is no longer required.

Naturally Safe Cosmetics has now resumed shipping to the following countries:
- New Zealand
- Hong Kong
Due to limited services, we are only offering Express Shipping to the above locations for the time being. As services are increased and delivery time-frames improve, we hope to offer Standard Shipping as well.
