Burt's Bees had humble beginnings decades ago when Burt the Beekeeper was selling honey from the back of his truck. He met a lady artist called Roxanne and soon she was making candles with the unused wax from Burt's beehives. That led to their famous beeswax lip balm and the business has continued to grow and expand its product range in the ensuing years.
Despite the ever-growing product range, today, Burt's Bees is just as focused on producing products that are responsible sourced, sustainably made and naturally moisturising as it has always been.
