Once you have spent $500 or more with Naturally Safe Cosmetics, you will be eligible to be included in our VIP customer group. This total spend does not need to be in one purchase - it can be accumulated over time. The minimum $500 total spend can include purchases dating back from 1 January 2015 when Naturally Safe Cosmetics came under its current ownership.
Your VIP status commences only once you have been manually added to our VIP Customer Group by Naturally Safe Cosmetics and notification has been sent to you via email. Once that happens, you will be entitled to a 5% discount on all future purchases with no minimum spend requirement. We call this our VIP Lifetime Discount.
Please note that any changes to or discontinuation of the VIP Lifetime Discount will be published on this page. Customers will not be notified personally.
How does our VIP Lifetime Discount work?
- You will need to create an account with Naturally Safe Cosmetics and you must be signed in to your account with your email address when making purchases. If you check out as a guest, your purchase will not count towards your purchase tally.
- Once you have been added to our VIP customer list, your VIP discount will only be applied to purchases where you have logged in to your account. No discount will be applied to purchases where you check out as a guest. Naturally Safe Cosmetics will not backdate or provide discounts for past orders where you did not log in.
- Once logged in, you will be able to view all products with their prices automatically discounted by 5%.
- The 5% discount only applies to the full product price.
- The 5% discount does not apply to already discounted prices (e.g. products on sale or clearance items). For sale or clearance items, you will receive the 5% discount on the product's full price, not the discounted price.
- The 5% discount cannot be combined with storewide promotions where discounts are triggered automatically at the checkout. If you log in with your email, you will receive the 5% discount in lieu of the storewide discount.
- You can combine your 5% discount with any promotional coupon code which may be offered from time to time via our newsletter for an extra discount on a store category, brand or product, or even storewide, as the case may be.
- You cannot combine your 5% discount with any coupon code obtained via ‘pop-up’ messages on the website, as these are intended for first-time buyers and new visitors to our store and are issued on the basis of the customer subscribing via email to our newsletter for the first time.
Naturally Safe Cosmetics reserves the right to:
- Pause or terminate the VIP Lifetime Discount at any time without notice
- Modify the terms of the VIP Lifetime Discount at any time without notice, including but not limited to, the discount rate
- Refuse any order placed under the VIP Lifetime Discount which Naturally Safe Cosmetics deems to be detrimental to its business
- Revoke a customer’s VIP customer status at any time if the customer abuses the program in any way which Naturally Safe Cosmetics deems to be detrimental to its business
