Shipping & Returns



Naturally Safe Cosmetics currently ships to all locations within Australia.

Orders are shipped either the same or next day depending on the time of day the order is placed. We attempt to ship all orders placed before midday (Sydney time) on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend or on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post. 

Shipping Charges 

Orders over $50 – FREE standard shipping

Orders under $50 - $9.95 standard shipping

Express Shipping - $12.95*

* Express Shipping is limited to orders 3kg and under. Orders exceeding 3kg when packed will be sent via Standard Post. If you spend more than $50 and your order weighs more than 3kg and you have paid for Express Shipping, we will refund any Express Post charges you have paid. If you spend less than $50 and your order weighs more than 3kg and you have paid for Express Shipping, we will refund the difference between the Express Post charges paid and Standard Post charges which apply for all orders below $50.

Express Shipping may not be available during storewide Free Shipping promotions and storewide discount promotions.

Nail polish & polish remover, products containing ethanol/alcohol - Due to Australia Post regulations, orders containing nail polish, nail polish remover (excluding water based removers) and ethanol/alcohol, must be sent by road transport and cannot be sent by Express Post. If you have paid for Express Post and your order includes these items, your order will be sent via Standard Post and we will refund any difference between Express Shipping charges paid and Standard Shipping charges applicable (if any) to your order.

Free Shipping Items

From time to time, there may be particular items in store that come with free shipping where those items is purchased alone. E.g. samples of loose powder mineral foundation.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping – approximately 2-7 days based on location. Delivery to remote locations may take longer. For more information on delivery times, please visit Australia Post. 

Express Shipping – normally next business day to locations in the Express Post Network and includes Saturdays in Sydney. For more information on locations within the Express Post Network, please visit Australia Post. PLEASE NOTE: Under our contract with Australia Post, next business day delivery is NOT guaranteed. We cannot refund any Express Shipping costs paid by you if we send your parcel by Express Post and Australia Post does not deliver the next business day. 

Shipping Terms & Conditions

Incorrect Address
Naturally Safe Cosmetics will not be responsible for any parcels lost or not delivered as a result of customers giving the incorrect shipping address. If such parcels are returned to Naturally Safe Cosmetics, the customer will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs payable to re-send the parcel to the correct address. This may be more than the original flat-rate shipping costs paid by the customer, as Naturally Safe Cosmetics subsidises many of our parcel shipping costs. 

Shipping Instructions Including Authority to Leave
You may include any relevant shipping instructions in the Order Comments Box at checkout, including an Authority to Leave the parcel if no-one is home. You may also include specific instructions as to where the parcel is to be left. If you give an Authority to Leave but do not specify location, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe place if there is one. If you are not usually at home during the day to take delivery of your parcel, you may prefer to have your parcel delivered to your place of work or to a post office parcel locker. Parcels that have been returned to Naturally Safe Cosmetics undelivered will only be re-sent to the customer at the customer's expense. 

Whilst we are happy to pass on your delivery instructions to Australia Post, please note the ultimate decision regarding delivery instructions and whether or not to leave a parcel lies with the delivery person and is not within the control of Naturally Safe Cosmetics. 

Naturally Safe Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for orders once they have been left at your premises by Australia Post with or without Authority to Leave. 

Multiple Shipping Addresses
Where a customer has given both a street address AND a PO Box number for their shipping address, Naturally Safe Cosmetics will send the parcel to the PO Box. 

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email confirming shipment, what we have sent, and the Australia Post tracking number of the shipment. You can then track your order on the Australia Post website or by calling Australia Post customer service on 13 11 18. 

Returns & Exchanges
Naturally Safe Cosmetics is happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or faulty items
  • Order errors or omissions on the part of Naturally Safe Cosmetics

Returns/Exchanges Procedure
The procedure to follow if you find an error with your order or are in receipt of a damaged/faulty product is:

  1. Contact Naturally Safe Cosmetics by phone or email within 7 days of receipt of your parcel to advise of the problem with your order or product. Contact details can be found on our website.
  2. Where Naturally Safe Cosmetics has agreed to accept return of an incorrect or faulty/damaged item, then that item must be returned to us within 7 days of authority being given by us to return the item.
  3. Naturally Safe Cosmetics will arrange the return through our Australia Post eParcel system and you will be given instructions on how to proceed with the return. Naturally Safe Cosmetics will bear the cost of the postage for return of incorrect or damaged/faulty items.
  4. Please do not return any item/s without first making prior arrangements with Naturally Safe Cosmetics.
  5. All goods to be exchanged/refunded must be returned in their original state, i.e. unused and in their original packaging.
  6. Naturally Safe Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items after they have been delivered or left at the customer's delivery address by Australia Post.

Any agreed refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
