Shipping & Returns

Naturally Safe Cosmetics currently ships to Australia and New Zealand.

Orders received before 12 noon (AEDST) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Orders are shipped via Australia Post.


  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders over $50.
  • Otherwise, $6.95 flat rate standard shipping for orders up to $50.

(Note: Where the purchase includes the use of a valid discount coupon, the $50 free shipping threshold applies to the grand total after deduction of the discount.)

  • EXCESS WEIGHT CHARGES - Packages weighing over 5 kg may be subject to additional standard postage costs, depending on shipping destination. We will contact you if your order is affected.
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - $12.95 - maximum 3 kg package limit. Orders exceeding 3 kg when packed will be sent via Standard Post and the difference between the Standard Shipping payable (if any) and Express Post charges paid will be refunded to you.

(Note: Express Shipping option may not always be available during store-wide sales and discount promotions.)

FREE SHIP PRODUCTS AUSTRALIA ONLY - from time to time we may offer some small, lightweight items with free standard shipping for Australian customers only (Free Ship Products AU ONLY category). There is no Express shipping option for these products and no tracking available. Any orders from New Zealand customers including products from our Free Ship Products category will be cancelled and payment refunded.

Estimated Delivery Times for Australian orders

Standard Shipping generally takes around 2-7 days based on your location. Delivery to remote locations may take longer. For more information on delivery times, please visit Australia Post

Express Shipping normally arrives the next business day to locations in the Express Post Network and includes Saturdays in Sydney. For more information on locations within the Express Post Network, please visit Australia PostPLEASE NOTE: Under our contract with Australia Post, next business day delivery is NOT guaranteed. We cannot refund any Express Shipping costs paid by you if we send your parcel by Express Post and Australia Post does not deliver the next business day.


New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post International Express Post.

Shipping charges to New Zealand are $15.00 flat rate up to 2 kg.

For orders over 2 kg and up to 20 kg, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Maximum weight for orders to New Zealand is 20 kg.

Weight includes total parcel weight including products and packaging.

Estimated Delivery Times for New Zealand orders

International Express Shipping generally takes around 2-4 days between major metro areas. This excludes time in customs, if applicable, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.

EXCLUSIONS - AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND - nail polish & polish remover, products containing ethanol/alcohol

For Australian orders, parcels containing nail polish, nail polish remover (excluding water based removers) and products containing ethanol/alcohol (e.g. some perfumes) must be sent by road transport and cannot be sent by Express Post. If you have paid for Express Post and your order includes these items, your order will be sent via Standard Post and we will refund the difference between the Standard Shipping payable (if any) and the Express Shipping charges paid by you.

Due to Australia Post regulations, we cannot ship nail polish, nail polish remover (excluding water based removers) and products containing ethanol/alcohol (e.g. some perfumes) to New Zealand. If your order contains these items, we will refund you for the cost of those items.

Naturally Safe Cosmetics General Shipping Terms & Conditions

Incorrect Address
Naturally Safe Cosmetics will not be responsible for any parcels lost or not delivered as a result of customers giving the incorrect shipping address. If such parcels are returned to Naturally Safe Cosmetics, the customer will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs payable to Australia Post to re-send the parcel to the correct address. 

Shipping Instructions Including Authority to Leave
You may include any relevant shipping instructions in the Order Comments Box at checkout, including an Authority to Leave the parcel if no-one is home. You may also include specific instructions as to where the parcel is to be left. If you give an Authority to Leave but do not specify location, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe place if there is one. If you are not usually at home during the day to take delivery of your parcel, you may prefer to have your parcel delivered to your place of work or to a post office parcel locker. Parcels that have been returned to Naturally Safe Cosmetics undelivered will only be re-sent to the customer at the customer's expense. 

Whilst we are happy to pass on your delivery instructions to Australia Post, please note the ultimate decision regarding delivery instructions and whether or not to leave a parcel lies with the delivery person and is not within the control of Naturally Safe Cosmetics. 

Naturally Safe Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for the safety of parcels once they have been left at your premises by Australia Post either with or without Authority to Leave. 

Multiple Shipping Addresses
Where a customer has given both a street address AND a PO Box number for their shipping address, Naturally Safe Cosmetics will send the parcel to the PO Box. 

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email confirming shipment, what we have sent, and the Australia Post tracking number of the shipment. You can then track your order on the Australia Post website or by calling Australia Post customer service on 13 11 18. 


Damaged/faulty items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact Naturally Safe Cosmetics within 7 days of receipt or your order to arrange a refund, exchange or store credit. In these circumstances, please follow the returns procedure** below.

Order errors or omissions on the part of Naturally Safe Cosmetics
If you find an error or omission with your order on the part of Naturally Safe Cosmetics, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can make arrangements correct the error or omission. Please follow the returns procedure** below.

Customer error or change of mind
If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong item/s or changed your mind, we cannot offer a refund but we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to discuss whether an exchange or store credit is possible. Exchange or store credit in these cases will be at the discretion of Naturally Safe Cosmetics. Please do not return the item/s without making prior arrangements with us. We cannot arrange an exchange or store credit for any item that has been opened, used or damaged in any way. In the case of customer error or change of mind, any postage costs associated with returning the item/s to Naturally Safe Cosmetics and/or the re-sending of a replacement item/s back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. Our "free shipping" policy does not apply to returns and/or exchanges that are as a result of customer error or change of mind.

**Naturally Safe Cosmetics returns/exchanges procedure for order error/omissions and damaged/faulty items

  1. If there is an error with your error on the part of Naturally Safe Cosmetics, or your have received a damaged/faulty item, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of receipt of your parcel to advise of the problem with your order or product. Contact details are info@naturallysafe.com.au or phone 1300 881 737.
  2. For damaged items, please email us a photo - send to info@naturallysafe.com.au
  3. Where Naturally Safe Cosmetics has agreed to accept return of an incorrect or faulty/damaged item, then that item must be returned to us within 7 days of authority being given by us to return the item.
  4. In the case of item error or damaged/faulty items, Naturally Safe Cosmetics will arrange the return through our Australia Post eParcel system and you will be given instructions on how to proceed with the return. Naturally Safe Cosmetics will bear the postage costs for return of damaged/faulty items or incorrect items sent by us.
  5. Please do not return any item/s without first making prior arrangements with Naturally Safe Cosmetics.
  6. All goods to be exchanged/refunded must be returned in their original state, i.e. unused and in their original packaging.
  7. Naturally Safe Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items after they have been delivered or left at the customer's delivery address by Australia Post.

Any agreed refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
