Naturally Safe Cosmetics currently ships to the following countries:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • US
  • Canada
  • Hong Kong
  • Japan
  • Singapore
  • South Korea

Exclusions: due to customs regulations, some items are not available for international delivery – see below for further information.

Despatch times

Orders received before 12 noon (Sydney time) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Orders are shipped via Australia Post.


  • STANDARD SHIPPING is FREE for orders over $50* (some location exclusions apply – see below)
  • $6.95 standard shipping for orders up to $50

(Note: $50 free shipping threshold applies to the grand total after deduction of any applicable discount/s.)

  • EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION FOR AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - $12.95 - maximum 3 kg package limit. Orders exceeding 3 kg when packed will be sent via Standard Post and the difference between the Standard Shipping payable (if any) and Express Post charges paid will be refunded to you. (Note: Express Shipping option may not always be available during store-wide sales and discount promotions.)

*NOTE: For rural areas of Western Australia, Northern Territory, Norfolk Is., Christmas & Cocos Is., shipping costs are weight-based and will be calculated at checkout. These may be excluded from FREE SHIPPING promotions. You can estimate your shipping costs from the shopping cart. There is no Express Shipping option for these areas. Estimated Delivery Times for Australian orders

Standard Shipping generally takes around 2-7 days based on your location. Delivery to remote locations may take longer. For more information on delivery times, please visit Australia Post

Express Shipping normally arrives the next business day to locations in the Express Post Network and includes Saturdays in Sydney. For more information on locations within the Express Post Network, please visit Australia Post. Please note: Under our contract with Australia Post, next business day delivery is NOT guaranteed with Express Post. We cannot refund any Express Shipping costs paid by you if we send your parcel by Express Post and Australia Post does not deliver the next business day.

RESTRICTIONS - Nail polish & polish remover, pure essential oils, products containing ethanol/alcohol

For Australian orders, parcels containing potentially flammable ingredients (perfumes, nail polish, nail polish remover, pure essential oils and products with ethanol/alcohol) must be sent by road transport and cannot be sent by Air or Express Post. If you have paid for Express Post and your order includes these items, your order will be sent by road via Standard Post and we will refund the difference between the Standard Shipping payable (if any) and the Express Shipping charges paid by you.


We ship internationally with Australia Post. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and the total weight of the parcel. Total weight includes products plus packaging. Shipping options include International Economy with Signature, International Standard with Signature and International Express. No tracking is available with International Economy.

Exclusions – Prohibited & Restricted Products

Due to Australia Post and international customs regulations, some products cannot be shipped internationally. This may include certain oils (coconut oil, essential oils) and products containing ethanol, alcohol or other flammable ingredients (nail polish/remover, perfume). If your order contains items we cannot ship internationally, we will refund you for the cost of those items.

Duties - Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for payment of any customs/import duties that may be applicable to their purchase. Please check before ordering.

Weight Restrictions

Some bulky and/or heavy products may not be available for international shipping. Parcels sent via International Economy with Signature are limited to 2 kg (4.04 lbs). Naturally Safe Cosmetics reserves the right to reject orders that are too bulky or heavy. In this instance, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

Estimated Delivery Times for International orders

  • International Economy with Signature – approximately 10+ business days
  • International Standard Shipping with Signature – approximately 3-10 business days
  • International Express approximately 2-4 business days

These are only ESTIMATED delivery times and are for deliveries between metropolitan areas of major cities. This excludes time in customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delays due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control. Actual delivery times may be longer.


Incorrect Address

Naturally Safe Cosmetics will not be responsible for any parcels lost or not delivered as a result of customers giving the incorrect shipping address. If a parcel is returned to Naturally Safe Cosmetics due to incorrect address and the customer wishes to have it re-sent, the customer will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs payable to Australia Post to re-send the parcel to the correct address. Otherwise, we can refund the customer for the cost of the goods only. In these circumstances, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of shipping costs. 

Shipping Instructions Including Authority to Leave – Australia only

Australian orders may include any relevant shipping instructions in the Order Comments Box at checkout, including an Authority to Leave the parcel if no-one is home. You may also include specific instructions as to where the parcel is to be left. If you give an Authority to Leave but do not specify location, Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe place if there is one. If you are not usually at home during the day to take delivery of your parcel, you may prefer to have your parcel delivered to your place of work or to a post office parcel locker. Parcels that have been returned to Naturally Safe Cosmetics undelivered will only be re-sent to the customer at the customer's expense. 

Whilst we are happy to pass on your delivery instructions to Australia Post, please note the ultimate decision regarding delivery instructions and whether or not to leave a parcel lies with the delivery person and is not within the control of Naturally Safe Cosmetics. 

Naturally Safe Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for the safety of parcels once they have been left at your premises by Australia Post either with or without Authority to Leave. 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Where a customer has given both a street address AND a PO Box number for their shipping address, Naturally Safe Cosmetics will send the parcel to the PO Box. 

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email confirming shipment, what we have sent, and the Australia Post tracking number of the shipment. You can then track your order on the Australia Post website or by calling Australia Post customer service on +61 13 11 18. 


Damaged/faulty items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact Naturally Safe Cosmetics within 7 days of receipt or your order to arrange a refund, exchange or store credit. In these circumstances, please follow the returns procedure** below.

Order errors or omissions on the part of Naturally Safe Cosmetics

If you find an error or omission with your order on the part of Naturally Safe Cosmetics, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can make arrangements correct the error or omission. Please follow the returns procedure** below.

Customer error or change of mind

If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong item/s or changed your mind, we cannot offer a refund but we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to discuss whether an exchange or store credit is possible. Exchange or store credit in these cases will be at the discretion of Naturally Safe Cosmetics. Please do not return the item/s without making prior arrangements with us. We cannot arrange an exchange or store credit for any item that has been opened, used or damaged in any way. In the case of customer error or change of mind, any postage costs associated with returning the item/s to Naturally Safe Cosmetics and/or the re-sending of a replacement item/s back to the customer will be the responsibility of the customer. Our "free shipping" policy does not apply to returns and/or exchanges that are as a result of customer error or change of mind.

**Naturally Safe Cosmetics returns/exchanges procedure for order error/omissions and damaged/faulty items

  1. If there is an error with your order on the part of Naturally Safe Cosmetics, or you have received a damaged/faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel to advise of the problem with your order or product.
  2. For damaged items, please email us a photo - send to
  3. Where Naturally Safe Cosmetics has agreed to accept return of an incorrect or faulty/damaged item, then that item must be returned to us within 7 days of authority and instructions being given by us to return the item.
  4. Please do not return any item/s without first making prior arrangements with Naturally Safe Cosmetics.
  5. All goods to be exchanged/refunded must be returned in their original state, i.e. unused and in their original packaging.
  6. Naturally Safe Cosmetics accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to items after they have been delivered or left at the customer's delivery address by Australia Post.

Any approved refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
