Directions for use of Kester Black Base Coat:
- To start, wipe each nail with nail polish remover to ensure the nail is clean prior to adding nail polish.
- Apply a thin layer of Base Coat to the nail and allow to dry.
- Follow with your favourite Kester Black nail polish.
- Seal with Kester Black Top Coat.
