How to use tanning water:

1. For best results, exfoliate 24-48 hours before full body application.
2. Shake well before use.
3. Spray a generous amount of Hempitan directly onto skin and rub in with your hands or the Eco Tan Double Sided Tan Applicator Mitt using circular motions.
4. Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
5. Leave Hempitan on for a minimum of 1 hour or, for best results, leave on until your next shower. You can also sleep with it if you wish before washing it off. Your tan will continue to develop for up to 24 hours after washing off.
